Okay, so it’s been a while since my last post and regular readers of my various online haunts will have started to think that I’ve lost interest in yet another blog. Well, I’m still here and still determined to keep this site rolling. So there.

A Return To Form
I seem to have pretty much gotten over my lost-data-what-am-I-going-do scare on Wednesday and as a result the last couple of days have been pretty good for writing. For a start the Faded Skies project is coming along nicely, with just under five thousand words in three days (and this achieved despite the presence of a full-time day job) and so far I’m quite pleased with what I’ve written. Of course, six months from now when I read it back for editing I’ll hate every word, but for now it’s the best writing ever in the history of ever and I am going to be bigger than JKR. Maybe.
Downs And Ups
Have you ever had one of those days where you wish with all your heart you could just crawl back into bed and pretend it never happened? For me, yesterday was one of those days.
A Sense Of Achievement
After a bit of a rocky start, this week has turned out to be a good week for writing. I’ve finally managed to design a cover for the anthology, as well as finalising the page-setting and getting around to compiling the print-ready files. Everything has now been uploaded to Lulu and I’ve ordered enough copies to give away to the relevant people in my life.
